Brian Foster made his racing debut at the Dover International speedway in 2007 driving his 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX road car in the Improved Production 45 class where he was successful in wining the class championship on his first outing.
Since winning the championship in the  Improved Production 45 class Brian with the help of Vector Engineering, Sherwin Williams Paints, Horse P Racing and P&L Racing has prepared a full race ready 1993 EG3 Honda Civic.
Using His 1993 EG3 Honda Civic Brian placed second in the 2008 Dover Improved Production 37 Championship and Third in the2008 Dover Modified Production Class1 Championship 2008.
For the 2009 Dover season Brian is targeting first place in the Dover Improved Production 37 Championship and first place in the Dover Modified Production Class1 Championship
