Started taking part in motorsports events as a marshal, after his cousin Warren Lamey, introduced him to the sport in 2000. Since then, Kareem Campbell would go on to marshal at rallies, sprints and Dover events. In 2004 however, Kareem Campbell decided to take a more active role in motorsports by entering dexterity events in a Nissan Pulsar X1 sedan and since then, has entered as much dexterity events as he could. Along the way, he became affiliated to Team Mack Attack, which provided the encouragemant, assistance and guidance needed to develop his driving skills and continue in the sport. In 2008, under the sponsorship of Team Mack Attack and his cousin, Kareem signed up for the Jamspeed Adrenaline Rush Season 2 show and under the guidance of the host, Christopher “Teach” McFarlane, was able to improve his driving skills even more. This improved skill allowed him to cop 3rd place in the IP45 class at Dover during the Easter Meet and also attain 2nd place honours in the Front Wheel Drive Non- LSD Class at Dexterity #4 2008, which gained him 3rd place overall out of a field of 27 at this event.
For 2009, Kareem Campbell is hoping to improve upon his achievements thus far and is looking to furnish his trophy stand with 1st place trophies. He is however, a struggling racer who wouldn’t mind some sponsorship to offset the bills that participation in motorsports incurs……
